Reggie was extremely helpful. I have been trying to help my mom (who is on a fixed income) to upgrade her phone. Other Boost stores we have been in have been a little snotty when they realize there isn’t a big sale pending. Reggie was as courteous and friendly as could be. He got Mom set up with the new sim card for her ‘hand-me-down’ IPhone and even offered any help needed as she had switched from an android. Definitely the best Boost store in Ocala! Shout out Reggie called him yesterday with a problem I could make it in so I came in today and He remembered me from the phone call yesterday and the solution to my problem on hand . It is rare now a days to get the high level of effort and customer support, AND great attitude and service all in one place. Reggie and his partner(sorry I lost the card lol) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They worked hard to swap us from our old plan and add my daughter with a new phone for Christmas, while jumping through multiple hurdles to make it all work with the new network. Really impressed with them. Will definitely buy the rest of my phones from them. – Mike Lane
